Moe Mousavi is a licensed property manager with Deluxe Properties, specializing in managing house, apartment, townhouse and luxury estate rentals in west, north and downtown Vancouver. Moe has been providing tenant placement and property management services for the owners willing to rent, with well over 100 properties rented out and/or managed under his belt.

Consultations with the client revealed that the underlying message or the core value proposition of Deluxe Properties’ business revolves around luxury living, high-end housing, and other similar concepts.
Based on this foundation, I created a logo which included a crown-shaped mansion as a testament to the level of wealth and safety associated with that of a palace. The logo is also meant to represent people’s aspirations; what they want to achieve, their goals and dreams.

COLOR SCHEME
The client wanted to use the color green, and it was picked to be the main color due to its relaxing aura, in addition to it symbolizing energy, renewal and life, a set of features closely associated with the concept of “home”. Adding gold to the mix combines the aforementioned concept with abundance, prosperity, elegance and good fortune, ultimately translating into “luxury living”.

Here is full set of stationery items including gold foil business cards, two separate letterheads, and two different size envelopes. The folders and notebooks followed closely thereafter, being matched in color to the rest of the bundle.
